Customer Support
If you encounter any issues with the app, including conversation uploads, AI analysis questions, or credit balances, please contact us directly: Email: support@empatha.ai Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours. Helpful Tip: To speed up your request, please include your Debug ID, which can be found in the Advanced Settings section of the app.
Subscription Refunds (App Store)
Because all Empatha AI subscriptions (1-month and 12-month plans) are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system, Empatha AI LLC does not have the ability to issue refunds directly. If you would like to request a refund for a subscription, you must do so through Apple: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Sign in with your Apple ID and password. Tap "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund." Select the reason for the refund and follow the on-screen instructions.
Consumable Credits (Add-on Uploads & Questions)
Add-on credits are considered "consumable" products. Once a credit is used to perform an analysis or ask a question, it cannot be refunded. If you purchased credits that failed to appear in your account, please contact us at support@empatha.ai with a copy of your App Store receipt so we can manually restore your balance. 4. Managing Your Subscription You can cancel or change your subscription at any time through your iOS device settings: Open the Settings app. Tap your Name, then tap Subscriptions.
